He released a free self-titled mixtape via SoundCloud on August 15, 2016. He decided against releasing the project as a commercial studio album, describing it as the “feeling of being trapped in some sort of framework.” On the record, he discussed matters such as his struggles with depression and social phobia. Fuse TV rated it one of the top 20 mixtapes of 2016.

In 2017, Suga composed the song “Wine” for singer Suran, whom he had previously worked with for a single on his mixtape. Rock music

Rock, shortened by rock and roll (often referred to as rock n ‘roll or r’n’r), is a type of popular music, most often with vocals, electric and bass guitars, and accentuated, strong rhythms; Other instruments, such as saxophone, appear in some subgenres of rock.

As a cultural phenomenon, rock music influenced the world as none other – it is considered to be responsible for ending wars and spreading peace and tolerance, as well as spoiling the innocent and spreading moral rot. It is popular around the world and has evolved into a large number of very different styles.

Rezultat slika za metallica band gif

The genre of rock music is broad and not strictly defined – the name rock is often used as a common name for a number of different subgenres from metal to soul. The term rock’n’roll is more often used for a specific type of rock from the 1950s and ’60s, and a shorter rock for the roof category.

Rock has its roots in the rhythms of blues, country music from the 1940s and 1950s. There is also the influence of ethnic music and jazz. The sound of rock originates from electric guitars, drums and keyboards. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, rock music developed in various subgenres. In combination with folk music, folk rock was created, in blues, blues rock was created, jazz rock formed with jazz. In the 1970s, rock received influences from soula, funk and latino rhythms. Also in the 1970s, rock developed a number of subgenres, such as: glam rock, hard rock, progressive rock, and punk rock. Rock subgenres that developed in the 1980s are: new wave and hardcore punk. In the 1990s, new subranges are: grunge, britpop, indie rock and nu metal.

The sound of rock is traditionally focused on an electric guitar that appeared in its modern form in the 1950s with the popularization of rock and roll. The sound of electric guitars in rock music is usually supported by an electric bass guitar, which was a pioneer in jazz music of the same age, and Percussions in which drums dominate, with which they sometimes appear and cymbals. This trio of instruments is often complemented by the inclusion of piano, Hammond and Synthesizer. A group of musicians interpreting rock music is called rock composition and consists mostly of two to five members.

Classically, the rock composition takes the form of a quartet whose members cover one or more roles, including singers, guitarists, rhythm guitarists, bass guitarists, drummers, and often keyboardists or other instrumentalists. Rock music has traditionally been built on the foundations of simple four-year rhythms with a drumstick impact on the second and fourth age – Backbeat. Melodies are often derived from older music modes like Dorian mode or Mixolydian, mostly with the violin keys.

Instruments play multi-sided, and the harmony is filled with quartets, quintas and dysonant harmonic progressions. Rock songs from the mid-1960s are often used in the Verse-chorus structure, originating from blues and folk music, but there has been a significant difference from this model. Critics emphasized the eclecticism and stylistic diversity of the rocks. Due to their complex history and tendency to borrow musical elements from other musical and cultural patterns, critics argued that “it is impossible to tie rock music to a rigidly named musical definition.”

It was founded in 1986 and is located in Cleveland, USA. Memories were dedicated to the most famous and influential rock musicians, composers, producers, etc., which influenced the development of rock music, and therefore the music industry. With rock music, the amount of power that you can generate, the intensity behind the intentions of your lyrics that you can really reflect through rock music – you can’t do that in jazz. You can’t do that with classical.

Music

Music is an art form and cultural activity whose medium is sound organized in time. In general definitions of music will include common elements such as pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempometer, and articulation), dynamics (loudness and softness), and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture (which are sometimes termed the “color” of a musical sound). Different styles or types of music may emphasize, de-emphasize or omit some of these elements. Music is performed with a vast range of instruments and vocal techniques ranging from singing to rapping; there are solely instrumental piecessolely vocal pieces (such as songs without instrumental accompaniment) and pieces that combine singing and instruments. The word derives from Greek μουσική (mousike; “art of the Muses“).See glossary of musical terminology.

145354-Skeleton-Rocking-Out-To-The-Music.gif

In its most general form, the activities describing music as an art form or cultural activity include the creation of works of music (songs, tunes, symphonies, and so on), the criticism of music, the study of the history of music, and the aesthetic examination of musicAncient Greek and Indian philosophers defined music as tones ordered horizontally as melodies and vertically as harmonies. Common sayings such as “the harmony of the spheres” and “it is music to my ears” point to the notion that music is often ordered and pleasant to listen to. However, 20th-century composer John Cage thought that any sound can be music, saying, for example, “There is no noise, only sound.

The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of music vary according to culture and social context. Indeed, throughout history, some new forms or styles of music have been criticized as “not being music”, including Beethoven‘s Grosse Fuge string quartet in 1825,early jazz in the beginning of the 1900s and hardcore punk in the 1980s.There are many types of music, including popular musictraditional musicart musicmusic written for religious ceremonies and work songs such as chanteys. Music ranges from strictly organized compositions–such as Classical music symphonies from the 1700s and 1800s, through to spontaneously played improvisational music such as jazz, and avant-garde styles of chance-based contemporary music from the 20th and 21st centuries.

Music can be divided into genres (e.g., country music) and genres can be further divided into subgenres (e.g., country blues and pop country are two of the many country subgenres), although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to personal interpretation, and occasionally controversial. For example, it can be hard to draw the line between some early 1980s hard rock and heavy metal. Within the arts, music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art or as an auditory art. Music may be played or sung and heard live at a rock concert or orchestra performance, heard live as part of a dramatic work (a music theater show or opera), or it may be recorded and listened to on a radio, MP3 player, CD playersmartphone or as film score or TV show.

In many cultures, music is an important part of people’s way of life, as it plays a key role in religious ritualsrite of passage ceremonies (e.g., graduation and marriage), social activities (e.g., dancing) and cultural activities ranging from amateur karaoke singing to playing in an amateur funk band or singing in a community choir. People may make music as a hobby, like a teen playing cello in a youth orchestra, or work as a professional musician or singer. The music industry includes the individuals who create new songs and musical pieces (such as songwriters and composers), individuals who perform music (which include orchestra, jazz band and rock band musicians, singers and conductors), individuals who record music (music producers and sound engineers), individuals who organize concert tours, and individuals who sell recordings and sheet music and scores to customers.

Music makes one feel so romantic – at least it always gets on one’s nerves – which is the same thing nowadays.

Auditions for a possible boyband were held in 2010 and 2011 by Big Hit Entertainment, and the lineup went through several changes before it was finalized with JinSugaJ-HopeRMJiminV, and Jungkook in 2012. Six months prior to their debut, they began to gain attention for their presence on various social media websites, as well as song covers on YouTube and SoundCloud.young.jpg

The group’s debut single album 2 Cool 4 Skool, the first installment in their “school trilogy” series, was released simultaneously with its lead single “No More Dream” on June 12, 2013. While the album peaked at number five on the Gaon Album Chart and eventually sold over 145,000 copies,“No More Dream” and the subsequent single “We Are Bulletproof Pt. 2” were not major hits, with the album selling only 24,000 copies in 2013. Expanding their endeavors into Japan, “No More Dream” was later re-recorded in Japanese and released on June 4, 2014.

The second part to the “school trilogy” was the extended play O!RUL8,2?, released on September 11, 2013, along with “N.O” as its single. The EP has sold over 160,000 copies to date, including 34,000 copies in its release year, and peaked at number four. That same month, BTS starred in their own variety show, SBS MTV’s Rookie King Channel Bangtan, based on a fake broadcast station, “Channel Bangtan”, through which members parodied variety shows such as VJ Special Forces and MasterChef Korea. At the end of the year, BTS was recognized with several New Artist of the Year awards, including the 2013 Melon Music Awards and Golden Disc Awards and the 2014 Seoul Music Awards.

The last act to their “school trilogy”, Skool Luv Affair (2014) topped the Gaon Chart, selling 100,000 copies in 2014 and over 250,000 copies overall. It also peaked at number three on Billboards World Albums Chart, marking the BTS’ first release on the chart. The album was supported by the singles “Boy in Luv” (Korean: 상남자; RR: Sang-namja) and “Just One Day” (Korean: 하루만; RR: Haruman). That June, BTS participated as judges for a K-pop cover dance competition in the Bridge to Korea festival in Russia, an event that aimed to promote tourism between the two countries, where they also performed on stage. In August, the group also attended KCON in Los Angeles. That same month, they released their first Korean studio album, Dark & Wild, which peaked at number two on the Gaon Chart and sold over 200,000 copies. It was supported by two singles: “Danger” and “War of Hormone” (Korean: 호르몬 전쟁, RR: Horeumon Jeonjaeng).

2015–2016: Mainstream breakthrough and commercial success

At the beginning of 2015, BTS toured Japan for the first time with their Wake Up: Open Your Eyes tour. They also held their second solo concert in Korea, BTS Live Trilogy – Episode 1: BTS Begins. Their third EP, The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 1 (2015), was released that March and was the only Korean album to be included in Fuse‘s list of the “27 Best Albums of 2015 So Far” that year. The lead single “I Need U” was a top five hit on the weekly Gaon Digital Chart in South Korea and garnered BTS their first ever music show win on SBS MTV’s The Show. Although the second single, “Dope (Korean: 쩔어; RR: Jjeoreo)”, peaked at number 44 on the weekly Gaon Digital Chart, its music video became BTS’ first to accrue over 100 million views on YouTube in October. “Dope” later peaked at number three on Billboards World Digital Songs Chart. The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 1 has sold over 415,000 copies to date.czaeknxukae5lxd.jpg

Meanwhile, back in their home country, pre-orders for the group’s second Korean studio album, Wings, released that October, accumulated over 500,000 copies within the first week. The lead single “Blood Sweat & Tears” achieved an “all-kill” in South Korea, becoming their first number one hit on the weekly Gaon Digital Chart. Its music video gained over 6 million views within 24 hours, breaking the previous record held on YouTube for the highest number of views of a K-pop group music video within 24 hours. They later won Artist of the Year at the 2016 Mnet Asian Music Awards, becoming the first artist not from a “Big Three” entertainment company (SM, YG and JYP) to do so.bts1.png

2017–present: International recognition

In early 2017, BTS embarked on their Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour. That February, pre-orders for the repackaged edition of Wings, entitled You Never Walk Alone, reached over 700,000 copies. The lead single “Spring Day” (Korean: 봄날; RR: Bomnal) topped eight of the major South Korean online music charts, as well as Gaon, and crashed Melon’s digital chart due to the high influx of user traffic. It also entered the US Billboards Bubbling Under Hot 100 singles chart at number 15 with “zero promotions”.

– 2018 has been a crazy year for BTS they won the Top Social Artist at the Billboard Music Awards. They released two albums- tear and answer and with that ended an era. Their album tear got nominated for a grammy and much more. 2018 has been an amazing year and 2019 many say will be even crazies.BTS%20Idol.png

Bangtan is one of the most inspiring artists I have ever seen. They make me motivated to try harder and follow my passion. BTS is a light in my life that i can always count on. I’m thankful to be a part of history that is being made right now with BTS & army.

BIOGRAPHY:

Two young guys from Leskovac, Aleksandar Cvetkovic and Marko Nedeljkovic, who are popularly known as Fast and Johnny, are decisively deciding to stick to the capital and try their luck in the sea of opportunities that such a big city as Belgrade it provides … You will recognize, a brave move for two nineteen-year-olds. But as they say in the nation- “Happiness follows the brave!”

The beginning, just like every other one, was difficult, filled with new experiences and misfortunes, but it did not hinder our stories from reaching the goal, but rather encouraged them to fulfill the deck’s dream, which is to win Belgrade clubs and rafts. The rich night life soon charmed these two lovely guys from the inexperience … By their dedicated work and the boy’s sincerity, they quickly infiltrated the Belgrade clubs.

As the volume of work grew, so did the need for a singer, and so our duo soon became a three-member crew. The band comes singer Maria, who with her singing qualities, together with Brzim and Johny, very quickly animates the wider Belgrade audience … The band is working full-time in the next few months and gets engagements in prestigious bg clubs. Shortly afterward, again with the fate of the band, Pesic Predrag, better known as Zuce-taze returnee from the JNA (VJ), is full of elan and desire for work … Žuća svojim playing music and human qualities additionally reflects this joyful team … In this band, Tropico has been playing for a year.

At the end of 2003, the aforementioned singer decided to start a solo career and leave the band and who knows which way she confirms the folk that the women were on board, and in the band blind passengers … A joke to the side, Tropico was in the unbranched grapes, and then the boys decided to make a completely “male story” … In early 2003, as a fourth musketar and reinforcement, guitarist Ignjatic Branislav, better known as Bungee, arrived in Kragujevac’s vocal and instrumental composition “Osvajaci”.

tropico2.jpg

Assisted by a new member and another instrumentalist, Tropico slowly begins to get its own recognizable “shmek” that nourishes it to this day. During the change in 2003, Tropico began to think about publishing and fighting for a part of the extreme sky. In co-operation with a friend and collaborator of the band, multifaceted Gavrić Mirko, Tropico is recording its first single called “Daj mi daj” and acquires its first “studio” experiences. Yeah, then, they dreamed of a real studio and joined the incompatible … I think that the situation is best illustrated by the fact that Fast Song was singing in a mirror cabinet with a blanket over the head … but, in fact, that enthusiasm led them to continue on and drum their way through the unfriendly show business areas.

tropico3

Encouraged by your products, i.e. With the song “Give Me Give”, the band begins seriously thinking about the debut album in the following period (which lasted for two years), directing all its energy to achieving this goal … Of course, this path was much more thorny and unpredictable than it was Heroes of this story thought …

As the volume and seriousness of the work grew, so the long-standing desire for the formation of a real gang grew … Namely, for years, the so-called. the rhythm of the machine completely extinguished the live drum out of use, and you will recognize that the band without a drum as a bird without wings … Then, at the beginning of 2006, the band rhythm sections from a small town in the south of Serbia-Vlasotince, in the shape and part of Aleksandar Ilic, known to the wider public by the nickname Prka … With the arrival of a new member and, of course, another living instrument, Tropico finally gets its current identity. tropico1

Their music is positive. They have good songs. My favorite songs from this group are If You Are To Me, Leave The Rhythm, Just Go And Many More.

Music=Psychology

Music makes us feel emotions. Depending on the mood those emotions can be positive or negative but we can always count on music to be there! The sweet, somber sounds of Adele’s “Someone Like You” can bring chills — or even tears — to listeners. In the 18th century, the emotional allure of music was no different: The quiet, reverberating notes in Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23 can still evoke loneliness and despair. There are few things more satisfying than yell-singing along to Nirvana when you’re angry, or skipping around the house to a Taylor Swift song after a particularly good day. I have used pleasant sounds of nature — such as rain, waves on the shore, meadows or woods with birds, or music the patient finds soothing — instead of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) successfully in patients with PTSD.

~As it turns out, the emotions evoked by music don’t just feel good — they’re healthy for you, too. A meta-analysis of 400 music studies found that listening to music has the ability to reduce anxiety, fight depression and boost the immune system. Clinical music therapists have even started popping up, prescribing music for everything from Alzheimer’s to autism spectrum disorder (in addition to other treatments, of course).

~ Music can also have a negative effect on us. There was a study that used the music in Mood Regulation scale, or MMR. According to the MMR, the way individuals regulate their mood with music can be divided into seven categories: Entertainment, Revival, Strong Sensation, Mental Work, Solace, Diversion and Discharge. The latter three categories (Solace, Diversion and Discharge) are all ways in which individuals can use music to regulate negative emotions.

  1.  Solace people listen to music that matches their emotional state, e.g., sad music if they are sad. Individuals who listen to music for solace use that music to feel understood and less alone. For instance, a person with depression might listen to a song about living with the illness and find comfort in it.
  2.  Diversion – people listen to music to distract themselves from their bad mood. This music does not need to match their mental state. For instance, a person who is anxious might sing along to a happy song until the anxiety dissipates.
  3. Discharge people listen to music that matches their emotional state to better express that emotion. For instance, a person who is frustrated might sing along to angry music to provide an outlet for that frustration.

According to the study, men (but not women) who used the Discharge method of listening to music had greater levels of anxiety and neuroticism than the other participants. In other words, venting negative emotions through music doesn’t help alleviate those negative emotions — in fact, it may even make them worse.

How music listening styles impact the brain

The researchers in this study didn’t just look at each participant’s mental health and music habits — they also looked at each participant’s neurological response to music. The researchers used functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), a brain imaging technique that uses blood flow to determine which areas of the brain are active. During the brain scan, the participants listened to clips of happy, sad and fearful-sounding music.

Men who preferred to vent their negative emotions through negative music (i.e., the Discharge method) had significantly less activity in the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) than the other participant groups. In contrast, women who used music to distract themselves from negative moods (i.e., the Diversion method) had increased activity in the mPFC.

What’s so important about the mPFC?

“The mPFC is active during emotion regulation,” explained the senior author of the study, Elvira Brattico, Ph.D. “These results show a link between music listening styles and mPFC activation, which could mean that certain listening styles have long-term effects on the brain.”

What this all means for us?When you’re fighting a bad mood, why is it sometimes healthy to listen to music and sometimes unhealthy?

Music is a coping mechanism, and — unfortunately — not all coping mechanisms are good. For instance, using venting and rumination as coping mechanisms relate positively to depression and other mood disorders. Using distraction and positive reappraisal (or “looking on the bright side”), meanwhile, is negatively correlated with depression. So the next time you have a bad day and curl up in bed with the soft sounds of Mozart think to yourself — why am I listening to this music? When I’m done listening to it, will I feel better? Or worse?tenor.gif

Music effects us all in its own way and its up to us to find what makes us feel those positive emotions. Music has always had a big role in my life and i can’t go a day without listening to it. Some makes me happy, some sad I know which will do what and i love discovering new bands that make me feel the artists passion and love for music. tenor (1)
